The wait is always ridiculously long! And it's impossible to reach a pharmacist by phone! Snotty, disinterested employees. I used to love Walgreens ... haven't felt that way for several years now.

Terrible service. The people in the pharmacy are disrespectful and rude. Then you get transferred to a call center with people who barely speak English and don't know any of the drug names you take. So it is a huge waste of my time. We will never use Walgreens again.
