Stoped in yesterday to talk about the progress of getting my screen replaced and to my surprise it was only my screen protector that was shattered. The young lady that helped me was extremely helpful and took great care of me. Keep up the great work Verizon Store. P.S. I’m sorry I can’t remember the ladies name.
