My appointment was 11:00. I arrived at 09:30 & got a door at 10:30. They only took 18 minutes to unload! Amazing! I would come back.

I used to drive on contract with Coca Cola through a mega carrier for a year so I’m already well aware how terrible dealing with them is in all aspects but this location has to be by far the worst. Anybody that’s worked with Coca Cola knows how poorly they coup, load and secure their freight and you’ve probably have already dealt with this situation yourself if you’re a driver. I had a couple pallets slightly leaning in the middle of the trailer and they ordered me to re-coup them by myself. I’m a no touch freight company driver. I won’t risk getting in trouble or getting injured, so I told them I couldn’t and told them they have the option to refuse the load, as long as they sign the BOL’s stating they refused it, as per their policy. Floor manager Zack agreed to sign them and then did everything he could to avoid keeping his word. As I got the BOL’s back from a dock worker, he ran away and hid. After I found him, I gave him the BOL’s and asked him to sign them a second time. In response he asks me “so what do you want me to do again?” I request a third time and then he proceeds to tell me to provide him with a pen because he doesn’t have one and he refused to get one himself. I knew what he was doing so I told him if he didn’t want to sign I’d accept another supervisors signature. He then told me, no, he wouldn’t get another supervisors.
At this point it was blatantly obvious he did not want to take accountability for the load and was employing tactics to get a negative reaction out of me. He must have realized it wasn’t going to work, so he then changed tactics and went to feigning extreme offense. He pretended to be devastatingly offended and started screaming and crying for me to get off “his” dock. Guy had his fists balled, chest puffed out and cheeks burning red acting like he was gonna do something. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen a grown man fake a tantrum to get out of doing his job so I checked out. I did my due diligence and reached my patience threshold. You can’t force a man to have integrity. I’d give this location zero stars if I could.

Awesome full trailer less than 30 minutes to unload, barely had time to grab a bite to eat. Overnight parking by the curb around back saw a few trucks. Thank you keep on keeping on.

I really dont drink coke but I do drink Gold Peak tea!! And there never is any single bottles of unsweetened tea at walmart on 73rd street in des moines iowa!! Really frustrating... please get more single bottles of unsweetened!!!
