“My wife and I were on I 80, each of us in our own vehicles. We had just purchased a used vehicle in Omaha and were on our way back to Des Moines. The vehicle I was driving had an oil light come on and within five minutes after that, the vehicle my wife was driving had a tire light that came on. We stopped at McAtee Tire and without hesitation, the gal helped us get a quart of oil added to my vehicle and confirmed that my wife’s vehicle had a bad tire sensor. She got us back on the road quickly and helped set our mind at ease. If I was a local there, they would be getting my business.”

“We were driving from minnesota back home, had been on the road for about 5 hours, our car started acting weird just past des moines. We eventually had to get off the interstate and struggled to get to a auto repair shop. We showed up 5 minutes before closing, they ran the codes for the engine and stayed past closing on a holiday weekend to help us get home. Ended up being a super easy fix, the guy was so knowledgeable and kind. It's something I would have never thought of. Thanks to him we were able to make it home with just a short delay. We aren't from the area, but I would 10000% recommend. The shop was cleaner than most that I see, they are friendly and super helpful AND they have two super sweet cats!! I couldn't thank them enough for taking their time to help us.”

“We broke down on Interstate 80 today and called all over to try and get a tow and find somewhere to get it repaired. We called Rick's Auto Clinic and they told us we could have it dropped off there and they would try to get it looked at. After the vehicle was dropped off we stopped a few hours later to find out that not only did they look at it but repaired the water pump and other items and got us on our way. Rick and his technicians are fantastic, friendly and all staff were extremely helpful. For being 200 miles from home with such a problem, they performed the ultimate performance turning a catastrophic day into a blessing. Thank you again Rick. This day will not be forgotten.”
