“Exceptional Customer Service from Justine Krogh - Over Mother’s Day weekend, I was spending time with my mom and knew she had been having issues keeping her phone charged, along with problems with her watch not working properly. We were on our way to Walmart in Atlantic to purchase a charger for her iPhone and a new watch when I noticed there was a Verizon store nearby, so we decided to stop there first.

We arrived around 5:40 p.m., knowing the store closed at 6:00 p.m. Justine Krogh, the manager, greeted us and immediately began helping us. She informed us that my mom’s iPhone XR likely needed to be replaced. I currently had an iPhone 16, and Justine carefully walked us through our options, including upgrading me to a new iPhone 17 Pro so my mom could take over my iPhone 16.

Justine thoroughly explained all of the Verizon promotions available and was also able to help me get a new Apple Watch while my mom took over my current Apple Watch. Even though the store was closing, Justine stayed late to ensure everything was taken care of for us.

Because transferring all of my information to the new phone was expected to take several hours, Justine even gave me her phone number and told me to call her once the transfer was complete so she could help us finish setting up my mom’s phone. Around 9:00 p.m., I called her, and she patiently stayed on the phone with me while helping set up not only my mom’s new phone, but also her Apple Watch.

Justine was absolutely amazing and went far above and beyond what anyone would expect. Her kindness, patience, professionalism, and dedication to making sure we were fully taken care of made such a difference for both my mom and me. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding customer service she provided.”
