“was here today after trying to replace a turn signal bulb and ultimately dropping the bulb inside the headlight chamber, leaving it trapped. after seeking help from 2 other auto service places and them telling me no, i figured i would go to autozone and simply buy new bulbs and just leave the dropped one sitting in the chamber. however after explaining the situation, a younger employee (who's name i can't remember) was determined to get it out for me using a long bendy magnetic tool which was at first unsuccessful. but with the help of another employee, jared, and many trials and tribulations, we had success!!!!
