When you have a manager talking crap about the customers, and an employee who won't accept change because of being to lazy to recount a drawer, there is a bit of a problem. Place may be clean, etc, but the attitude of the employees will make or break a place just as easy. I will stick with my Kwik Stars.

They employees are nice and they will remember you. They are very helpful. It's clean and neat.
