“Generally, I like and use Fast and Fresh. I frequent the Bettendorf store. However, I used the Kimberly store recently and felt it was not as nice as the Devils Glen. Possibly it was the weird entrance if you come from Spruce Hills.”

“I've enjoyed Kwik Star for the better part of 10 years. I remember shopping at their locations in Rochester, MN frequently during an internship spent in the area. I still enjoy shopping at the relatively newer locations, including this store off 53rd street in Bettendorf.On this particular trip, I only wanted a quick later night snack prior to returning home. I selected a bag of cheddar flavored Chex mix and a cherry flavored Coke Zero. Both were easy to locate and select.To this point, one of the things I think Kwik Star does really well is their store layout. It's fairly clear where everything is right when you walk through the entrance. Baked goods and coffee are in one direction, beer and alcoholic libations are in another, and grocery and hot case items are front and center. It definitely works well.After I got my Chex mix and soda, I was able to pay quickly. This is mostly due to the competence of the cashier, who was friendly and efficient.I hope Kwik Star sticks around for a while. I enjoy this location and their others in the area. Thanks for being a great quick stop for gas and food in Bettendorf!”

“Normally I love this Walgreens. I’ve been waiting a week for a script to get filled. Finally started the process of filling it. 2 days later, STILL not filled. When I called the lady, (no name) told me they are not filling scripts now. They are doing Covid Shots and Tests. And they will get it filled “when they can”. Good thing this med is not a matter of life or death.”

“I go out of my way to get coffee here everyday before work. Everything is always clean, fresh, and the crew (especially third shift) and management are wonderful. You get that personal experience, but they're also on the ball and get you in and out. Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came. This is that place.”

“The last time I'd visited this particular convenience store was when I was in high school over 20 years ago. I'm not even sure if it was a Big 10 Mart at that point. It's a convenient location, especially so tonight as I was heading home along 53rd street. I wanted a Gatorade Zero and some sort of snack before calling it a night, so I decided to stop by this Big 10 Mart to satisfy this craving.The interior looks much newer than I remember it being. The walls are painted fairly neutral colors, similar to the other Big 10 Marts I've been to. Some pretty earthy tones - green, brown, tan...really easy on the eyes. The floors are a new looking wood laminate, while the overhead is covered in a drop ceiling with florescent light fixtures. The same abundant variety of snacks automotive supplies, beanie babies (not sure why these are back...) and beverages is also present at this Big 10 Mark location. It's all familiar compared to the other locations around the Quad Cities.I found the Gatorade Zero I wanted and selected a Resse's Peanut Butter Cup for my nightly snack. Paying was fast and painless. The attendant was friendly and I was on my way within a minute. I'd definitely return here for a future snack if the opportunity arose. Thanks, Big 10 Mart!”

“I don’t often post reviews for gas stations, but this one stands out and I want to recommend it for travelers on I-80.The employees are exceptionally nice, it’s easy to get in and out of the parking/gas area and to/from I-80. There was construction nearby and even that was well marked and easy to navigate.All the gas pumps were working (which sadly is becoming rare) and the pumps and parking are laid out to maximize traffic flow.Inside, the finishes are updated and everything was clean and inviting, restrooms included. Did not feel like a gas station. They have a great selection of drinks, snacks, meals and more fresh/real food than expected. Something for everyone. We were on a cross country trip and it stuck out as a high point.”
