“I've gotten so many different products from this single place that it's kind of insane. Even down to their incense burner sticks do they carry such a variety compared to other places I've seen.”
“I wish I had stopped in this place last year when I moved back to this area, this shop is really the best place to shop if your on top of the hill (18th ave ) Rockisland IL. I shop all over when I tell you this is the shop to get what you need and what you’re looking for and you can expect consistency. I like the fact that if they don’t know something, they’re not just gonna feed me anything they’re gonna be straight up with me and let me know. Hey, I don’t know the answer to that. I like customer service like that and the prices of 100% right you’re gonna always get more product for your money and quality product for your money then you will let any of these other rip offs on top of 18th Ave.”
“My very first time in Cloud 9!! So pleasantly pleased!! Will definitely be a regular customer!! So much to choose from. The amazing friendly staff put me in an even better mood than when I walked in the door. I'll be back ?”

“So far new owners are pretty chill, really decent selection with decent prices. Would recommend their budget line for carts, the budget dispos are a bit harsh at the middle and about 1/4th down it just starts tasting like the back of a PS4.”
“Been here several times and had a great experience. Great lounge for a smoke and the guy who works there named Tim is cool and helpful. My place to go when I need to unwind after a hard week. Come on over and lets have a chat?”

“I had the best most knowledgeable supervisor helping me today! Adam explained perfectly the points I had to use as well as the promotions available. I told him what I liked and he recommended two BOGO vapes that I’m very happy with! I was in and out in a few minutes and his professionalism, knowledge, and happy demeanor was amazing!! Adam did his job beautifully and I wanted everyone that works with him to know how exceptionally well he represents your store! He’s happy, eager to help, and smiles his way right into your heart!! lol I’m bringing all my business here! Thank you Adam!!?”
“A wide variety of alcohol. A little expensive, at least Yukon Jack is, but they seem to always have some, so in a pinch, it's my go to place when I can't get it elsewhere.”
“Largest variety of cigars available in the Quad Cities to my knowledge. I appreciate their variety of offerings. This place has everything. Cigarettes, cigars, vapes, hookahs, Delta 8 products, kratom. The staff is knowledgable & friendly”
“HUGE shoutout to Josh, every time I stop by he always gets me right!! Whether it be a vape or a little flower. They always have affordable prices and great deals! If I could rate them a 10 I would!! Will be stopping in real soon!”
“Great atmosphere with friendly service and a variety of choices with vaping products, pipes, incense, and more! Plus there's a gas station next door and the mall right across the street! Highly recommend.”
“In, out. Stop N Go.
Gas, cigars, booze and snacks.
Walk in humidor is cool. Not many places have that, let alone any gas stations. Wide selection of cigars and loose leaf tobacco.
Woo!”

“I love getting my vapes from here. They have a wide selection of vapes, and so much more and their prices are affordable in my opinion, whatever your smoking needs are, they have everything you need and everything you didn’t know you needed. I also like the employees, they are very friendly, courteous, and very helpful. I recommend shopping here for all your smoking and vape needs. Plus they are a small business and I love supporting small businesses in my community.”

“I honestly don’t understand why this place has so many bad reviews. I had one of my best experiences here. I originally stopped by near closing time to pick up some beers, and Lynn, who was working there, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though it was close to closing, she made an exception so I could grab what I needed.
What stood out most was her energy and hospitality. She invited me to stay for a beer since the bar was still open for another hour, and I’m glad I did. I ended up having one of the best conversations in my life time with her, and she made the whole experience memorable. Lynn is wonderful and she's very beautiful. I will definitely not forget this place. Her personality left a lasting impression on me.”
“As a weekly customer, their cigarette prices are fair as far as taxation goes that's based on state and federal. And it's not a bait and switch with the pricing if you pay with cash it's always less because yes everybody has to pay a credit or debit surcharge but they save you the option of having to pay the extra. And I'm sorry but alcohol's expensive people like to steal it so yes all of them have a anti-theft device to protect their investment and profit and the cost that you end up having to pay ultimately. This is a very nice shop.”
