Instead of gouging me on price, they were very honest and fair, and spent roughly two and a half hours working on my vehicle, but not only did the mechanic continue to keep me updated, through the entire process, but instead of charging me for a total of 3 hours, they only charged me for the amount of time that they actually worked on it. They didn't cut corners, they didn't make the vehicle worse, and they did everything that I asked. They answered all of my questions and were very understanding of my situation.
