“The service department at the Napa Auto Parts - Trulson, in Britt, IA are some of the most honest mechanics, and much more fair priced than any dealership mechanic, plus just as knowledgeable. Instead of gouging me on price, they were very honest and fair, and spent roughly two and a half hours working on my vehicle, but not only did the mechanic continue to keep me updated, through the entire process, but instead of charging me for a total of 3 hours, they only charged me for the amount of time that they actually worked on it. They didn't cut corners, they didn't make the vehicle worse, and they did everything that I asked. They answered all of my questions and were very understanding of my situation. I would truly recommend anyone seeking an honest and fair mechanic, to bring their vehicle here.”
