“I had to take my pick-up truck in yesterday (the day before Thanksgiving) to Kimberly Car City in Davenport for a broken license plate light. I only had a single day which I could take the truck in and had an appointment at 10:00 am. The Service Department was a beehive of activity with it being before a holiday weekend and a winter storm coming through. Yet the staff at Kimberly Car City was pleasant, efficient and took care of me as if I were the only customer in the shop that day. Kudos to Jennifer Moses and her crew! I was in and out in less than two hours and they even covered the repair under warranty. The customer service was outstanding and greatly appreciated. You have a customer here for life!”

“Without question, Crash Champions in Davenport is hands down the absolute best collision body shop I’ve ever had to deal with. They helped with organizing an estimate with the insurance company, told me it would take 12 working days to have it all finished and then Steve and Mike called to update me on the process. It actually only ended up taking 8 working days and was updated twice during this time. GREAT communication and customer service!! There are definitely other businesses around that could learn and thing or two from them. Forgive me because I can’t remember their names, but the ladies at the front desk were fantastic to work with as well.

“I had found Hawkeye via google.com. I was looking for a lawn mower that I had wanted. “Jackson Auto Body did a great job on some fussy body/paint work around and replacing a broken windshield on my car. There was additional work discovered once the window came out, but they went ahead and addressed it without any additional cost or fuss. I was very happy on how they tackled the fix. They made sure to provide the best fix not the easiest. To a person, they were all very nice folks who know what they are doing. They were very fair with the pricing. Plus, they have two of the sweetest larger dogs at the office. Good dogs...another sign of good people! I would highly recommend them.”

“Karen and McKenzie were amazing and saved our day! We live in a 2010 Tiffin Allegro Red and were driving through the area. An irritating check engine light was only showing up for less than a second. We called and they got us in right away... Karen put the computer checker on the engine and discovered a valve that was not 100%. Ordered the part right away. Recommended an RV Park down the road. Had us fixed and back down the road within 24 hrs. Thanks to everyone there that helped!! ?”

“I originally went to the O’Reillys on Kimberly Road to get a brake light replacement and they said that they did not do it . I called the Locust Street location and talked to a very friendly gentleman that I cannot remember his name, but he said that he was able to do it and I went to the location and he put in my bulb and showed me how to do it myself. I really appreciate that.”

“Had a check engine light and wrench symbol pop up Saturday afternoon. Couldn’t believe I found a dealership open on a Sunday 75 miles away. Drove and parked there praying they were actually open and could possibly fit me in with no appointment.
Walked in at 7am. Spoke to Stan. He said let’s diagnose it and go from there. We have 3 or 4 other trucks to get at today.
By 7:15 Braxton had me pull up and plugged into the computer.
DPF sensor.
Was out of there by 10am and to Regen probably took an hour.
Great experience especially considering no appointment and on a Sunday.
Braxton and Stan hooked me up.

“Hey everyone. I just had my subs and amp installed this morning by mobile wiring. The two gentleman that installed it were super fast efficient and know what they are doing. They had every wire tucked so well u would of never know it was installed. Perfect install. System sounds pretty damn good after tweaking it a little bit. For what I had to work with the install and sound quality is to my liking. Shout out to mobile wiring for the great install. By the way team this is for the edge with the two kickers on the Memphis amp. Great job guys. U made me very happy.”
