“My phone was comprised and I was unable to open it up. I took it to my West Burlington, IA store and a young man took it, waited for it to run out of charge, reset it to factory setting, pulled up my contacts, photos and Facebook for me! He was so kind and went way beyond to help me. I'm an eighty year old grandma and he treated me like family, although we don't know one another. What a wonderful employee you have in this young man! I will certainly be telling my friends what wonderful service you give to your customers!”

“Recently came in to get a new phone and switch from at&t, i walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome from the sales rep Cheyenne. She helped me port in and get a new iphone and was so so so helpful all along the way, i was extremely nervous switching carriers but she took so much time and payed attention to every detail to get me the right plan, right insurance, and the right phone.
