“Refill by text message isn't working. I'm holding the bottle in front of me from Hy-Vee Pharmacy. It has three refills left and I have two more months to use them. If I request a refill by the prescription number, it replies that I am not prescribed that medication. If I request the refill by the medicine name, it replies that I am not prescribed that medication. I am supposed to take that medication and the physician has not canceled it.”
