Sauter Automotive is the best, honest, and straightforward. They do not try to sell you something you don't need and their prices are very affordable, not charging an arm and a leg. They provide great customer service, are very friendly, and communicate well. They take care of problems, including helping with towing for out-of-town customers. Even when unable to fix a problem, they explain why and what to do instead. If you have a car break down in Carlisle, call them first.

My BMW shredded the serpentine belt when I was driving through Carlisle. I'm from out of town. Sauter took care of the towing, fixed my car, and she purrs like a kitten (my car... not Sauter...) I obviously hope to never need them again, but if you ever have a car break down in Carlisle and don't know who to call - call...
