This Verizon location provides amazing customer service. The staff is polite, kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They are great to work with and resolve issues immediately. Employees are not pushy and provide all required information for purchases. The team is efficient, able to complete activations quickly. Specific staff members, including the store manager, are noted for staying late to help and for providing fantastic assistance when it is needed most.
