“One of my phones didn’t convert to Verizon, after trying 4 suggestions from Verizon and numerous hours n calls to Tmobile, Jayden at the Carroll Iowa store spent about 5 hours on the phone calling Verizon n Tmobile to finally get the phone working, he was very patient and awesome. He was very understanding, so extremely helpful and determined to get the phone working. His willingness to do all this is customer service you don’t find anymore,. Two other associates did try to before too,”
“Jackie went above and beyond to help make our internet provider switch easy. She knew every detail about how the system worked and the installation process. She also followed up with a phone conversation with details and date for installation. Great customer service.”

“Great service and friendly staff. Have been there before and once again the three of them got me what I wanted at a price I liked. Going local is way better than dealing with a customer service rep from God only knows where. Thank you verizon of carroll”
