We had rented a banquet room for family Christmas.... had great time ...quiet , great location, clean and staff member Mia and other person at front desk was good also. ( think was manager)

The water pressure is out of this world. Almost drooled while showering. Nice rooms great service. Normal IHG breakfast.

Great clean hotel with excellent service and unbelievable buffet style breakfast definitely will stay everytime were visiting iowa.
