Wonderful, friendly staff, crappy institution. I do not recommend. 5 year update...still great staff, just a bad bad place to bank. We have moved almost everything to another credit union. 10 year update...they are getting better and better, still some odd stuff happening but much better

Natalie the teller is always very polite and cheerful, very helpful as well. Have been going here for years. Great bank.

Shaurome Taylor has been one of the most pleasant and helpful person i have dealt with, sine I have been a customer with Collins. Always asking anything else. He even helped me get set up with Collins car insurance. Which saved me quite a bit of money. Awesome person. Thank you Shaurome Taylor.
