Went to the emergency room today. This is the first time I have ever truly felt heard and taken seriously. Amazing staff especially the nurse that helped me. For the first time in a long time I have hope for relieving my chronic pain. They helped me so much. It means a lot.

My daughter is a college student at UNI. She had a laceration that needed stitches. She went into the emergency room and was taken care of and out the door within 40 minutes. They took excellent care of her, was very caring and i’m so impressed with how quickly they took care of her
