I asked the staff about 3 times for food or drink. Not one of them came back to tell me that I couldn’t eat because of a possibility of procedure in am. This was 5pm when i first requested. Most procedures is NPO after midnight. Communication is a must or you get upset people, like me!

1 question for HR, how do you constantly hire so many compassionate, caring and thorough staff? ⚕ I spent from Monday to Saturday on the 3rd floor, I was in awe of the staff and care.
