He was able to explain the benefits that were most important to me. I went the next day for toner and the gentleman that helped me place that delivery order was also very helpful (sorry I forget your name as well). The toner arrived the next day like he said it would. Both interactions helped lower the stress level in the situation I'm in, needing prints doubletime.
