So I went in there to drop off a package and there was a young lady in front me and the woman at the counters name was Kay, when the young lady went up to the counter the first thing Kay said to the young lady, we need you to have everything ready including having the box taped and the label already on the box,” with a very snotty attitude. I thought that was kind of rude because who knows if the young lady has been to the post office before. I mean there is no sign saying that everything needs to be ready before being brought up to the counter. I don’t always have everything ready to go and never had an issue. Kay was seriously rude to that young lady and shouldn’t be working at the counter if you’re going to treat people like that. Again if stuff needs to be completely ready before bringing a package in, PUT A SIGN UP and tell all companies that use UPS for return labels to tell that for their customers because usually they will tell customers to just print the label and bring a box.

I spent more time talking to ai trying to reach a real human than I did talking to the human to figure out my problem ain’t that funny. Also I hope you don’t live in an apartment they will just leave your mailbox wide open for people to steal packages

I will admit this post office is a little slow, and sometimes hard to work with. I had a package that got lost in the mail, and I expressed my concerns. The two ladies were very nice and did their best to find it. They told me once they find it, they'll send it to me and it showed up the day after! Very happy with the service provided but those two. The only issue I've had there is one lady (not the two I mentioned) told me they don't print shipping labels, I think she needs to find a better job because that's literally the point of a post office, and I told her I did it a week ago. She printed off a shipping label. That was the first time I was rude to a service worker.

"Snail Mail?" Literally has now become this. And updates are inaccurate. The Postal Service is considered a permanent fixture of the Federal Government. But is not considered Federal? Convenient location lately is why I have used this. But my mail almost takes 3 weeks to receive. And the tracking info doesn't update. Seems some healthy competition may improve services

Took one day off early to complete a change of address and after Google sending me to 3 different "Offices" finally get to one at 5:01 and an employee was like yeah to bad they close at 5.

I am very upset with the organization of this post office. With multiple recipients packages all getting returned to sender due to a lack of communication. A friend and I had to go in and explain to them that there are now people living in the building. Even though there was multiple orders being sent to this address before this clarification. While the lady we talked to was helpful and wrote the information down I do hope it’s implemented in the future. There was an important package I was waiting on that I may not get by the due date because to these complications.

They returned a months worth of mail, on vacation hold, to sender. Their response was apathetic and they just waited me out, hoping I would go away. It wasn't our carriers fault, which was their first response. The place is a mess and reflects the service.

This is the worst post office imaginable!! The couple ladies that work here are very rude. They are always lazy and never want to do their jobs. They never answer the phone it will ring nonstop and they don’t care. The level of customer service is very poor the poorest I’ve ever seen anywhere.and last month they gave someone else my package and gave me his package but had the audacity to be offended when I brought the package back and told her about it.

Lousy… I ordered a package and watched the lazy deliver man leaving and he just marked the package as undeliverable because he couldn’t fit it in the mailbox. It’s a package! I was here! Just so incredibly lazy to get out of the vehicle and walk it to the door. Passing off delivery to the next guy tomorrow who will “wow” actually get out of the truck and set it at the door.

Carrier hit my parked car in my drive, while we were all in house, we have a lane so she’d had to of pulled in my yard. I can see mail on usps digest, half never comes or my mail is in the ditch.
