“This venue was a great location for a smaller wedding! The bridal suit was perfect for the bride and her party and the venue itself has plenty of spots for great pictures and Overman park is right across the street for additional photo spots. Highly recommend for a smaller, intimate wedding venue!”

“My bff's youngest daughter had her wedding and reception here. Maybe could use little more changing area for the women, as they don't tend to any preparation b4 hand, where the men usually get ready mostly at home. (Women take longer with makeup, hair, and dressing) kitchen was very nice size! Plenty of tables and chairs to use. Very clean, well lit. Gazebo was nice. Lots of deck use.”

“I love getting to photograph weddings at the Cedar Falls Convention and Event Center! It's such a great central location. The wedding area is a perfect size, it's great they have the bar right there, and I love that there are a few spots nearby outside that are perfect for pictures! The staff seems to always be friendly as well! Definitely recommend!”
“Phenomenal, great staff, wonderful food, the room met my Hilton expectations. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel even had plan in place for the extreme cold weather. I didn't personally see the event center but from the hallways it looked well kept.”

“Remembering, Ed and Ray Smolik, John Sundermier, Cliff Johnson, Hep Crowell, Andy Fishels, the great old-timers that started Antique Acres. We had so much fun back in those days, They are all gone, but not for-gotten. We had a great time buying and moving the steam engine from the What Cheer Iowa brick and tile plant, and installing it then building the museum over the engine. Iam soon 90. Bless their memory.”
