Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because product selection was very limited. However, I received excellent customer service from Colin at this location. He truly went above and beyond assisting me. I was using a product that I had just purchased in the store. The product wasn't working as intended. I went in to ask for a quick guidance. Colin came out in 8 degree temps, educated me on the product and told me that I could have damaged my car if I continued improperly using it. I am grateful for his knowledge on the product I had just purchased, assistance and saving me money from damaging my car further. Truly excellent customer service.

They had the part but there was rap music playing (I wouldn't care if it was at least appropriate but I wouldn't want kids to hear it) also the staff smelled of weed. Not going back, there are plenty of other auto parts stores close by.

I have gone to this autozone for various parts for the last couple weeks. I have sat in line for 20-30 minutes every time I am there. There is never anyone to help you find anything.

Went in to get a battery tested for warantee, and the individual at the counter told me he just would not test it because he was too busy after I waited in line for nearly 20 mins.... sorry, but when I've waited in line for over 20 mins, I expect to have the service I'm waiting for. I get busyness, and typically, no one's at fault for that other than management. However, that is no excuse to be rude and impertinent to a customer.

Shelf pricing mislabeled. Site shows 7 qt oil pan but in-store only 8 qt available. Way to rip people off.

The staff was friendly but very slow to help me out, (I was the only one in the store at the time) my part was pre-ordered & should have already been pulled when I arrived. however, it took him another 15 minutes to find my part.

Had my brake lights stop working suddenly, so I took a trip here to see if we couldn't solve the problem. Staff went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of the issue - Trey B. spent a solid half hour on the floor of my Jeep trying to replace my brake light switch when we thought that was the issue after we confirmed it wasn't the fuse. Turned out that all three of my brake lights (and a bulb socket) all just went bad at the same time, and now I don't need to worry about getting pulled over or rear ended. Every penny worth my peace of mind, and great people willing to go the extra mile to help!
