“The absolute best indie bookstore I've ever visited. The owner is kind, funny, and has so many good recommendations. The selection is incredible given the size of the store, and we found books for ourselves, our teenager, and as gifts. They host book clubs and other events and you can't beat the location in Newbo. I have saved the best for last: there's a bookstore cat! When I went in a few weeks ago, I picked up a book called "The Rabbit Hutch" just to see what it was about. The owner told me a little about it, said he enjoyed it, and recommended it. His recommendation was so compelling that others shopping in the store also grabbed the book! He was so kind and appreciative to everyone who bought books and the best part is ... the book is just as described and a great pick! It wasn't a generic recommendation and his love of reading shows. Prices are reasonable - books cost what they cost. The store has lots of cute gifts as well, especially for pet people, books people, and candle lovers!”

“On my first visit to the unity Church we were greeted at the door and welcomed. The welcoming committee was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions. We were encouraged to have coffee and brows the bookstore. The welcome packet included a gift certificate for a free book. I really enjoyed the service. It is a very small congregation. Even though they do not have a lot of people involved in their music program, they did a great job. They have a small choir that performs on occasion. They also have several members of the congregation who do solo performances from week to week. They consider themselves predominantly Christian but are welcoming to a variety of spiritual paths.”

“The only remaining store aside from Walmart that still sells non-used physical media. I wish this particular location had more variety of titles to offer compared to other B&N locations, but I'm still appreciative of it's presence as well as all the frequent sales they offer.”
