They either botched my alignment or never did at all. Either way, the issues it caused cost me a lot of time and money to deal with later on. Never bringing my car here again.

Great mechanics and management - I have been taking my vehicles here for many years and find they are honest, hardworking and provide fair pricing - I have had them even suggest a less expensive alternative to what I had in mind and it has worked great - now that is honest - a very talented and consciousness team.

Dan and Herb are outstanding! Great customer service all the way around! I had my tow package and 7 way installed with them a couple years ago. Today I called with an issue that I wasn’t sure about and asked if I could swing it in quick (in 20 mins) to be looked at. To my surprises and with no hesitation I was told “yes”! Rather than being told “sorry, you’ll have to make an appointment”. Dan looked at my vehicle right away and was able to locate and fix my issue in less than an hour and did it with a smile! KUDOS to you guys! Keep up the great work!

Had my truck aligned at Boubin after replacing tie rods and control arms. The alignment sheet shows everything in spec but when I drove it home the string wheel was off by a good bit. poor quality of work not to catch that before giving the truck back to me.

Mike at Boubins (Cedar Rapids) was so helpful when my car battery needed replacement. Normally, batteries are no big deal except with a Dodge Journey. Boubins had to pull my front wheel, remove the inner fender skirt and then replace my battery which was a special size (to fit in a little space within the fender). However, they charged me less money for this repair than it would have cost for me to do it myself. What a blessing and thanks again for Boubins continued help with keeping our vehicles on the road. I had a friend recommend Boubin Tire as a reliable auto mechanic where they won’t try to take advantage of you, and I’ve been coming here ever since! I have had some minor issues, such as an oil leak that was really caused by a mistake during my last oil change from another business, and the mechanics here quickly found the issue and didn’t charge me at all! I’m grateful to have a business with such good service and the owner who genuinely wants to help you in our community.

Called to get several things looked at and the front desk person was very rude several times while I was trying to explain what needed to be looked at saying I didn't make sense, and not telling him enough information when I was trying to tell him as much as I was able to. I let him know I'll be going elsewhere. Next place was so friendly and patient listening to me and my issues with my car. I won't recommend this place or ever come back. Can't stand rude customer service. Too much competition to be like that. Your loss not mine

They care about you here, which is amazing. I don’t know much about cars and they always explain in detail exactly what they are doing and why. They will show me what’s wrong and I never have to question if they are taking advantage of me. They are kind, funny, and they work hard! I highly recommend this place.
