It's nice how my boyfriend can't get in his bank account how we stood in line at Walmart for two hours and couldn't use the ATM and how they magically can't fix it I would never bank here

I will be happy to change this review if things would change for the worse or better, but so far not impressed this time around! We banked with them about 3 years ago, but for convenience went back to our previous bank. The customer service was great 3 years ago and I felt there was follow up with everything needed. We decided to open up a new account after 3 years to use for bills and the other at our other bank for other needs/wants. However, this time around has not impressed us whatsoever. I am very frustrated with them. We have dealt with bad customer service, long waits for responses, locked out of our mobile banking, transactions that were on our mobile banking somehow disappear and then reappear and have our card declined in store. They do not offer anything competitively with other banks as far as fees, early direct deposits, transferring money to outside accounts (they use Zelle which takes days and when asked any questions in regards to Zelle they don't know - if you can't help then don't use Zelle) They never sent me a new customer packet, which I guess didn't really matter because nothing has changed in 3 years - no updates whatsoever. Lacking in mobile banking and just not competitive in wanting to keep customers. Looking at some other options, but until then I guess we will see how it goes. I hate to leave a negative review, but please make some updates, respond to questions in a timely matter with kindness and courtesy, do something to act like you want to keep your customers and want new ones.

Customer service here is horrible. Turns out it’s the customers fault the app isn’t functional half the time, especially when it screws you over so they can charge you more

Gotta just say... Tyler Flores is the best guy in Cedar Rapids. Fast, Efficient, Polite, Respectful, Even gave me Cookies for Opening my Checking account. That guy really needs a Big Raise!! Like Upper Management?? Then I can call him Eagle Eye.... lol

I think Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust is the Best Bank in Iowa. The employees are the best!. The Bever Branch is close enough to ride my bike to as I live close. In my early 70’s, this bank understands that the older Iowan may need extra help in transactions. Modern day banking is now a far cry from what it was 40, 30, 20 and even 10 years ago. Many of we Seniors feel lost. I know my friends and I do.

Nothing like waking up to over 2K missing from your account?♀️ nobody flagged my account for fraud but god forbid I try to buy a $50 toaster at Bestbuy without it getting flagged? Cedar rapids bank and trust just lost ALL my business!!

I would agree that they are friendly to a pointHowever i gave 2 dollar bills for christmas gifts this year. I asked for a new uncirculated bundle twice. Thei first time they did. The second time i watched the teller pull 4 bills out of center of bundle. Then preceeded to tell me thats all they have. Lie,lie,lie. I also hate the fact that everytime you use your debit credit card they put a hold on it. Im tired of the games. Im closing my account today and going to another financial institution.

CRB&T Has been wonderful to work with regarding our PPP1 and PPP2. They have been extremely helpful, responsive and communicative. I would recommend them to anyone.
