“We bought a new laptop and the geeksquad was to transfer data from the old to the new laptop. In picking up the laptop, staff geek initials A.M. , noticed a few issues with the data transfer and advised us of the concern and worked to correct the issues. He also completed several other actions, such as setting up other apps he observed we use that were not a part of the transfer process. He then sat with us to explain each action taken and how to use various processes in the new laptop. A wonderful, kind and supportive staff member! We brought the laptop home and have been working with it extremely easily!”
“Very nice selection of tech products. They are working on expanding their range of products. It's a little unexpected to see yard tools in the store. I was impressed with all the different mobile gaming PCs they have in kiosk mode on the floor.”

“The owner was very polite and professional. I took my gaming PC in to be looked at. Was have some crashing issues after updating the bios. He ran some diagnostics and gave me the results.
