“I just spent a fantastic morning at the Cedar Rapids store with my mother. The service is unparalleled. They were short staffed in the women’s and the clerk that was covering usually works men’s. She was so fantastic and helpful. Wish I remembered her name. Such a fabulous experience and will always choose VM!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”
“Walked in not knowing which direction to go for electric scrapper. Then not even a minute a really nice guy came and asked me if I needed help, l said definitely, told him what I was looking for. He said they didn't have them in the store they were on their Web site. He went to his computer looked it up asked me my info an " poof "my order was done . And so was i. Next time I go there I will spend some more time looking around. He was helpful, professional, nice and he knows what he is talking about. Excellent service”

“You will find a wide variety of well displayed, pretty, high quality home decor, kitchen supplies, bedding, and seasonal paper goods. It was my mistake to go for what typically is a once a year visit, the weekend after the new year. The store was packed with post holiday clearance hunters. This did not make a pleasant shopping experience. My error, not Homegoods. They did have some excellent bargains.”

“Had a defective item that I bought back in January, and I no longer had the receipt. Talked with Dean and explained the situation, and he was very helpful and got me on the way with a new item.”
“The associates were kind. They didn’t swarm me upon walking in. It would have been nice had one associate inquired or assisted with finding an item of a certain size. After looking they just didn’t carry bras large enough for a small frame. Over all it was a great experience.”
“Stopped here to get gas once. Everything was in good working order and the parking lot was clean and well lit and right off the main road. I paid at the pump so I can't speak for the inside or staff.”
“Never been inside a Target and was surprised at how clean and tidy it was. Spilt some coffee on the floor, 2 employees were quick to give me a hand without any attitude. Very peaceful place to shop. Thank you.”

“Ross has a lot of hidden gems for good prices. The stock sometimes feels limited and selections can be a hit or miss. When you do find something it is great. Some times it feels like you are rummaging around to find something because of how unorgnaized it is at times though.”
“I ordered a small black jacket online they sent me a 2x purple jacket instead I went in to exchange it; the lady reordered what I wanted the 1st time and was very friendly and helpful”
“Brian was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently to repair our icemaker. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was on time. Our refrigerator/ ice maker was still under the extended warranty so there was no charge.”

Great smile, too.Before buying tile someone shared about on YouTube, stopped by this Dollar Tree to pick up samples before ordering online. Sadly, someone bought all of certain tile. Probably not realizing online ordering is possible for bulk needs.To help customers, sharing there is a few items that are sparse. Not certain if it’s supply chain issues or they’re changing the store inventory. Just something to note if you plan on bulk purchases.Lots of parking. Pleasant strip mall with other stores and near Taco Depot. Tasty restaurant”
“Ty did AMAZING today with my son and went above and beyond for us. Not only was he kind but he kept his patience with my wild toddler and got amazing photos. I will say whoever the person is who answers the phone and helps out was kind of rude and not very professional. I know this time of year can be hard I also work retail and it’s crazy but I don’t appreciate the way she talked to me on the phone. Overall tho I would love for Ty to do my son’s pictures in the future.”
“Variety of options for shopping, they have little bit of everything. The store is a little messy and unorganized. One can find a fair variety of clothes, household items, shoes, etc.”
“The location by Westdale is pretty cool. All comes down to the employees. I always have great service in the electronics department. Very helpful and nice. A little understaffed, but worth the wait. Garden center too.”
“Walmart is a pretty good place to shop with very competitive prices Enterprise matching options. Overall selection of inventory is pretty diverse and not very hard to find making the trip pretty quick and easy. I bought these speakers and these lights from Walmart at a very cheap price and was skeptical but they still work.”

“Most of the time I just pick up an order. They are very quick an mostly accurate. 1 time the forgot something, and I was given the money back of the price of the item.
I have gone in also. Every employee I have talked to seems very helpful. Products are very easy to find. And they have people to checkout at or machines to do it yourself.”
