“I recently had a large number of Amazon returns and Alivia and Kiara at the SW Cedar Rapids, IA location were total rockstars about it! They made it a fun game to see who could process the most. Their positive attitude and willingness to help was refreshing! I was dreading going in, because I was expecting something very different. “- after ordering from JCPenney I started receiving advertisement from Pappua. This company does not have a good shipping tracking. There are lots of advertising for paying for tracking. They charge for shipping insurance and do not honor the insurance if you do not receive your package. They will re-ship for another $15.00 fee.
I do not recommend Pappua. I will be communicating with JCPenney. They need to know about this. Why did Pappua start coming up on my phone after ordering from JCPenney?”

“Ross has a lot of hidden gems for good prices. The stock sometimes feels limited and selections can be a hit or miss. When you do find something it is great. Some times it feels like you are rummaging around to find something because of how unorgnaized it is at times though.”
“Never been inside a Target and was surprised at how clean and tidy it was. Spilt some coffee on the floor, 2 employees were quick to give me a hand without any attitude. Very peaceful place to shop. Thank you.”

“Ty did AMAZING today with my son and went above and beyond for us. Not only was he kind but he kept his patience with my wild toddler and got amazing photos. I will say whoever the person is who answers the phone and helps out was kind of rude and not very professional. I know this time of year can be hard I also work retail and it’s crazy but I don’t appreciate the way she talked to me on the phone. Overall tho I would love for Ty to do my son’s pictures in the future.”

“Walmart is a pretty good place to shop with very competitive prices Enterprise matching options. Overall selection of inventory is pretty diverse and not very hard to find making the trip pretty quick and easy. I bought these speakers and these lights from Walmart at a very cheap price and was skeptical but they still work.”
“I can generally find what I want at a good price and the cashier's are great - not just at cashiering, but at making your day with fun and conversation while doing it. Would like to say Darla is the very best and Kirk also deserves honorable mention. These guys make my day whenever I go in there.”
