Been banking here since I was a child. It used be a great credit union and wonderful staff. The last two times I needed assistance, when I called, they made me feel like such an inconvenience. They were rude and unwilling to help. After 25 years, I’m moving from Dupaco and couldn’t be happier to have goodbye.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!! Most of the staff here are very rude and inconsiderate. I have bank with this credit union for over ten years and has over 6000 coming in monthly and they still won’t allow me a small loan . Do your business at Collin’s instead cause that exactly where I am going
