I needed to get a new debit card and she made a difficult day from a very pleasurable. We laughed and joked talked about lots of things in Iowa so I just wanted to express my appreciation. You could probably look at my My Account account and see who I dealt with if you could get her a message and just tell her the old guy from Tipton appreciated the conversation and thank you for everything and she’s a great employee for you. I explained I was maybe driving to Ames and it was pouring rain and she even told me to be careful so again great employee if you could get her a message and tell her thank you I’m sure who dealt with me is on the transaction history again thank you”

The reason for only 4 stars….if your debit card gets shut down for possible fraudulent activity, which I am very thankful that they watch closely and catch things….But it takes a long time to get a new card. I am currently on day 9 waiting for a new card to arrive. That’s way too long in the card world we live in. Some people I know have told me other credit unions can make a card right then and there, no waiting. I am very frustrated by this. I hope you can improve this soon!!”

“A fantastic location with excellent customer service! I’ve worked with them for years and they are always very helpful! Today, I spoke with the manager CJ, and he helped me with my account security after I received a fraudulent phone call from a scammer trying to impersonate one of their employees. It was suspicious, so I went to their location to speak with someone in-person, and CJ confirmed that the call was not from them. He then helped me secure my account and make a new card. It was super easy and he was very nice! I would definitely recommend this location, as everyone there is wonderful!”
“My wife was in the process of passing, so two weeks ago we went to Corda and met with Anna. She was compassionate and ao helpful.
Two weeks later after my wife passed we met with her again to take care of accounts and to open one as a memorial to my wife. Once again, Anna came to our rescue and made us feel so relaxed. I had fretted and worried and she took that right away.

“Always helpful and friendly! Lost debit card and was happy to have a replacement in hand within 10 minutes of walking in the door. The teller was more than happy to look my account up to ensure no activity had happened on my account since the last time I had used the card. Relief! Whew. She gave me a great pen and offered me information on other services. She was polite, professional, and took safety precautions wearing a mask. Hand sanitizer available in several spots and visual reminders of social distancing marked. Have done all my banking in the last 25 years (i.e. a couple car loans, personal loans, home mortgage,etc.) Very happy with all services offered! Free checking, Free bill payer, Free online banking, automated response teller. You can even get support via text. I'm just absolutely ? all about Linn Area Credit Union! It's where I stash my money ?”

Service is fast from seemingly happy people, that remember you.
