Other shopping items were stickers, Iowa towels, etc. Didn't buy anything but ok to browse. Seemed dead on a Friday afternoon. Looked better than Keg and Case Market in St Paul, MN. “Always helpful and friendly! Lost debit card and was happy to have a replacement in hand within 10 minutes of walking in the door. The teller was more than happy to look my account up to ensure no activity had happened on my account since the last time I had used the card. Relief! Whew. She gave me a great pen and offered me information on other services. She was polite, professional, and took safety precautions wearing a mask. Hand sanitizer available in several spots and visual reminders of social distancing marked. Have done all my banking in the last 25 years (i.e. a couple car loans, personal loans, home mortgage,etc.) Very happy with all services offered! Free checking, Free bill payer, Free online banking, automated response teller. You can even get support via text. I'm just absolutely ? all about Linn Area Credit Union! It's where I stash my money ?”

“I went to this Greenstate Credit Union to see what their rates were on certain accounts they had to offer. The staff working was extremely helpful and kind, as they had me wait for a very short amount of time before talking to a very, very nice and knowledgeable gentleman. The interior appeared very, very clean. Overall, a pretty decent banking experience!”

“I was trying to open an account and continually got denied no matter where I went. I gave it one last ditch effort to apply at 3a for Linn Area Credit Union. I left in the memo a couple details about my hard times, closed my computer - cried and felt like a failure. ( how I always feel in regards to money ) I wake up and the first thing I see is Krystal's message, and she outlined every reason why this is happening to me, and how to fix it. There’s a reason I refuse to bank here full time and can’t wait to finish my loan. There’s really only two people who treat you like you’re human here and that is Daemon and Reegan. Those guys are awesome but everyone else has a piss poor attitude and treat you less than.”
