“Had Emily who was able to help me solve an issue with my coverage for my broke Iphone where i was under the understanding that i had full coverage. She also explained the process of the replacement and suggested different cover plans for my next device i get. She was great and was so patient with answering all my questions. She was awesome and her customer service is through the charts. Highly recommend coming to this location!”

In my two hours in store, they were the only two employees who actually showed care and were actually helpful, the only ones on the floor really. All the others sat in the back and hid out for the whole time while they were slammed with customers. I give them both a five star. All the others… def not. They made you feel welcome and that they were generally glad to see you and help. I will be returning to this store in the future.”
