“We bought a new laptop and the geeksquad was to transfer data from the old to the new laptop. In picking up the laptop, staff geek initials A.M. , noticed a few issues with the data transfer and advised us of the concern and worked to correct the issues. He also completed several other actions, such as setting up other apps he observed we use that were not a part of the transfer process. He then sat with us to explain each action taken and how to use various processes in the new laptop. A wonderful, kind and supportive staff member! We brought the laptop home and have been working with it extremely easily!”

They went above and beyond in not only helping set up one of our new lines and phone transfers, but even more so when my account was hacked and fraud charges placed on it.
