I rarely rent a car, but my normal vehicle had to be in the repair shop for an extended time. Enterprise price was competitive and pickup location was convenient. Their notifications were timely. When I had to extend the rental twice, it was easy to do using their app.

I had to have a rental car due to an accident and they were very helpful when dealing with insurance!!! Everyone I spoke to was amazing. They were pretty busy when I went in to get the car and drop it back off but they were very attentive and got it all taken care of quickly! Great experience!

I had a great experience at Enterprize on Dodge North in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. ALAHADRA was friendly easy to understand as she made me feel comfortable getting my loaner. I also was given a very nice, clean car to use that I did appreciated. Returning the car was just as easy as picking it up. I give them an A+

Although they accepted a reservation and showed the vehicle available they were not. But special thanks to Castle Motors for making cars ready quickly, and to TURO for having a pickup available.

The staff at the dodge Street location were amazing especially levi and jesse. They helped me with a car situation and were patient and so helpful and understanding. I appriciate it so much. Definitely would rent from there again.

Employees helped me untangle an issue with what my insurance was covering and what charges I was responsible for. The car was spotless clean when I picked it up. They called several times during my multi-week rental to make sure the vehicle was doing what I needed. Very helpful.
