I am usually very satisfied with the non-airport location in Cedar Rapids but this time the vehicle was not fueled up and was by far the dirtiest car I've ever rented. I had a confirmed reservation that they could not fine. They wouldn't do anything to help me out unless I was willing to sign up for full retail rate $100/day. I called their corporate customer service and they were able to see my confirmation number but I canceled it as I wasn't going back there.
