Famous Footwear is a great size store with a large selection for women, men, and kids, including all sorts of brands of boots, sneakers, and sandals. The employees are very helpful, friendly, and more than willing to help. Customer service is much better than at other stores. The store is clean, though there can be some organizational issues and limited sizes, which can lead to shopping elsewhere. Sales like BOGO half off bring prices down to reasonable levels, and reward members get an additional perk. The staff remains great.
All of the young ladies working here were such a joy. They were helpful and fun (especially, to our 3 year old). They had a ton of patience and we can't wait to be back!

The employees were very helpful on helping us find what we needed.The store was clean, but there were some organizational issues. For example, the sample shoe on top of the boxes weren't always on top of the correct shoes.Overall, large selection of all sorts of brands of boots, sneakers, sandals, etc...
