We were shopping for track spikes very early in the season (November), spikes were not in stock or on the shelves yet but they proceeded to show us online what the coming season arrivals would be. They pulled stock from last year (dug through ware house) so we could try on shoes to get a proper feel for fit & size. They allowed us to pre-order and have them shipped out to us. Phenomenal. Fast forward to track season, wore purchased spikes and spikes got a tear within the first week of wearing. Even though well beyond the warranty window they worked with us to get us a full replacement.

“Johnson Fitness in Cedar Rapids has the largest in store on display and able to try out full body massage chairs. I counted 20 different massage chairs from at least four different manufacturers. 5 or 6 were on sale as the display chairs 15 were current models. Price ranges were from entry level to high-end.
We were in multiple times to test out chairs in which Mark was a great help in initial trial. Second time in we took a different approach but ended up on the same two chairs as out top choices. First and second time in we spent around 2-2.5 hours testing chairs, with no pressure to buy. Mark helped setup each chair initially for massage intensity and was able to point out some pros and cons to each.
Third time in we ordered a massage chair. Now just waiting for delivery. Will update on that when it gets here and on how that goes.
But so far initially a good experience with no pressure sales and the largest selection of massage chairs that you can actually sit in and try in the area compared with other stores that had 3 chairs of the same brand name. Would shop there again.”
