Had a confirmation number thru my Ins. Co. From Hertz regional I assume for a car to use while my wife's car was repaired. When I went to the building to pick up vehicle. Showed all information, email numbers etc. The two inept gentleman behind the counter asked they did not know what they were looking at and gave no effort to investigate help me obtain a car. This was 9/15/2025 @ 0930 am. Gave them my info to research and get back to me. No eye contact, will stop here. Totally understand professional. This comes from

Reservation was made through insurance through a claim as a trusted or preferred vendor. Location claimed to not have any cars available and no reservation for me. It appears from other reviews this is a common occurrence for this location. Staff did nothing to help or offer solutions.

This was the worst experience!! Came from California (I am from Iowa originally) and gentleman at counter was rude and I already paid for car online. He was needing to run credit check and was not helpful!! Money out the door!!! Do not to here!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
We just left the location after dealing with some condescending employee that had a horrible attitude, and did not belong dealing with the general public. not to mention, they didnt have our reservation and tried convincing us we were supposed to pick it up yesterday? [when we made it at 8pm last night for pick up today via our executive affiliates] the management of this location seems to be broken to allow this rude person to represent their company. speaks volumes to their commitment to customer service. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Driving up to this location I thought it was a Hertz repair shop. It was in such a weird place. Walked inside and was greeted by a super cool guy. I had went to another location and they gave me such a dreadful time. He got me in a car within a few minutes. Is it bad to say that him and his staff were all super attractive? Anyways, highly recommend this location.

But if you want some assurance that you’re working with someone who is determined to show he cares about his customers’ experiences,, and will actually exceed your expectations in personal and caring accommodations, Patrick is the man to keep on speed dial.As a local small business owner, as well as as occasional personal car renter, I think it’s essential to support the best of us and to help amazing people grow their professional network and business net worth.I’ve rented from a couple lower-cost car rental companies out at the airport and was disappointed in surprise location-limited ranges and dubious surcharges this past year, and the convenience of renting at or within shuttle distance was not worth the discounts. Take an Uber to this Hertz location instead. Tried to pick up the rental car today and arrived at noon it was completely closed and I had no notification that they would be there. The reservation stated 12pm.

Horrible service. Denied rental bc my card did not have chip. I was trying to get my daughter to Archery Nationals & they did not care. We missed A once-in-a-lifetime event.

Got the rental through Priceline . Over all good experience I can only say when using price line and you pay for a damage waiver they don't know about it and you are not told about a 200.00 deposit so be prepared for the added expense if using Priceline car was nice . Would rent from again

Wish I could give 0! I had the car for not even 20 minutes before a tire went flat! No spare! Waited on hold for 30 mins after having to keep calling because line dropped! Told me estimated 2 mins for towing never showed! Thank goodness I lived in state and had alternative ride! Charged a fee if I wanted a exchanged car delivered! Had to drive back plus another 45 mins on top to pick up rental At a different place because everywhere was closed! They did make the exchange process easy but definitely won’t be using a rental car again from them!
