Person at the counter took forever people came in after me and were done before me. Got the car looked great smelled like marijuana really bad trash under the seats not cleaned well at all but the smell is something I can’t get over.

Always easy to go online and reserve a car for travel. Location is excellent for pickup and delivery. Cars are nice. Staff gets you on the road quickly. This is our favorite “go to” place for car rentals in Cedar Rapids!
