This experience was good. Past experience when we needed help with derechio clim was horrible. Called liars and told we were attempting to cheat State Farm. Our agent, Jim Humphries basically abandoned us.

Not recommended I paid my car insurance for 6 months and month and half later I received a bill saying that I was late on my payment that happened 2 times I decided to go with different insurance.??

Jim Humphreys office has always been so helpful explaining the offers they have and answering questions I have as well as informing me of ways to get more out of my insurance. Very patience and friendly, not a pushy insurance office at all.

The Jim Humphreys State Farm Insurance office is proud to serve Cedar Rapids, IA with Insurance and Financial Services, with a focus on resident relocation to the Linn County area.I grew up in Cedar Rapids and have been honored to be a State Farm agent since 2005. I am a Navy Veteran and served on the aircraft carrier Dwight D Eisenhower mostly in the Mediterranean. I started in the insurance business after my honorable discharge and being a State Farm agent is a lot easier than living and working on a Navy ship!
