My wife requested a visit from a tech to check all our batteries when we received a message that one battery was low. We received prompt service, and the technician was pleasant and helpful. He worked efficiently and the job was done without delay. Great worker! His name is Reese Brew.

I have had trouble with my security system for months. Permar has sent out several workers to try to get it operating correctly. Finally Taylor K was sent out. He was great. He took his time and investigated the issue. Listened to my issues and was able to fix it for me. Please only send Taylor in the future
