“Amazing customer service. They will help you find what you need and even cleaned an old game I had that wasnt working to fix it for me. 50 cent individual pokemon cards. Not going to get a $50 win, but its great for my 6 year old and card he got were all worth more than the 50 cents we paid. Will always come back here.”

“I stopped in to look at options for upgrading a 2015 vehicle from the factory radio. Kaleb was wonderful to work with. He said there is only one option for new housing and the quality was unreliable. Additionally, it would be over $1K, even if I used that option (including parts and install). Although we didn't find a good upgrade option, I sincerely appreciate Kaleb giving me an honest answer instead of providing questionable products just to make a buck. I will be back for future car audio needs.”

My alarm system is always working properly and I always feel safe and secure knowing that A-Tech is there to protect our home.I recently had the pleasure of working with Vincent, one of A-Tech's service technicians. Vincent was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and he made sure that I was comfortable with the new system before he left. “This company has EVERYTHING you need for a party, wedding, event, concert, ANYTHING under the sun, you name it. They also have a lot of rental items like karaoke machines, they do CD/DVD duplication (legal duplication of course) Friendly family like atmosphere with a very intelligent staff that is very community involved. During the Obama election, they built the podium used at the Cedar Rapids speeches. They also have a rare BIG Eli Ferris Wheel for rent, that they can take to most any event in the country. There is pretty much nothing that this company does not do, or have available when it comes to events. I believe one of the managers who is a fireman even does all of the Cedar Rapids fireworks shows from coordination, music, staging, setup and everything. They got hit pretty hard during the 2008 floods but that didn't slow them down. They also have a lot of items that they custom design in house, one being an item called a pop up projector, which is great for business meetings, even for remote classes at colleges.. if you ever need something for an event, call these guys.”

“We bought a new laptop and the geeksquad was to transfer data from the old to the new laptop. In picking up the laptop, staff geek initials A.M. , noticed a few issues with the data transfer and advised us of the concern and worked to correct the issues. He also completed several other actions, such as setting up other apps he observed we use that were not a part of the transfer process. He then sat with us to explain each action taken and how to use various processes in the new laptop. A wonderful, kind and supportive staff member! We brought the laptop home and have been working with it extremely easily!”

“I came in to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon, as I was a former us cellular customer and very unhappy with the T-Mobile service. Kim helped me and my dad. She was so friendly and professional. Super informative with other offerings they had such as their streaming bundles and their internet options. She saved me money during the switch along with upgrading my phone to the iPhone 17. You’re a rockstar Kim, THANK YOU!”

I came in for a phone upgrade, and Chris very helpfully walked me through my options, answered every question I had, and was genuinely focused on making the whole experience a positive one for me. Which it most definitely was! Chris was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and just genuinely pleasant to work with. I highly, highly commend him and just as highly, highly recommend him. Five stars!”

“This place is insane! I came in here to look around and get a few smaller things and it is so tempting to buy something expensive so you should come here if you are bad with money. I went around the sim racing area and they let you feel the things same as the pcs and the apple area. I was able to hold the phones that I have been wanting and it is nice. The air is really unexpected. The staff here are great, knowledgeable, and very helpful which is always nice. My one complaint is there was a super loud ring going on for like 3 minutes which was super annoying but manageable. Overall great store!”
