“6/15/25 I do Instacart and have never shopped here before. If my cat knew the choices they have here he'd be mad at me for not coming more often! Anyhow I went in and had trouble finding some items. Because it is my job to shop, I rarely ask for help! Alicia was sitting down on the floor, stocking cat products and took the time to ask if I needed help! She got up and took me to product! I proceeded to get the other items and had one left. I asked a cashier if she knew where it was. She pointed and said if we have it it's in the next isle!? I go back and scan the isle again. I then seen Alicia and asked. She walked to the isle with me and asked if she could see the upc provided for the product. As soon as she seen the price she knew exactly where it was. Which was on a clearance end cap! The experience left me feeling like this girl knows what customer service is! I felt seen and valued as a customer even though I was shopping for others! Her knowledge of where products were and the fact that she knew the price had was lower than the norm was just priceless! Please don't EVER lose her, she's the best!”
“Nice store, a bit more expensive then competition. I did get some horse feed /rice bran that was moldy. Then I saw it all discounted when it was old and should have been thrown out.”
