“It's great when you are looking for an odd treasure. And if you find it, buy multiple because their items change. And that's one thing that makes shopping there fun, because you never know what you might find.
Not so great for clothes shopping if you are a plus size as it is rare and hard to find larger than an XL there”
“Stopped here to get gas once. Everything was in good working order and the parking lot was clean and well lit and right off the main road. I paid at the pump so I can't speak for the inside or staff.”
“I stopped by this store today right when it opened. Upon reaching the checkout, I encountered a very beautiful young woman who, however, seemed somewhat unmotivated—I imagine because it was so early in the day. Then I realized it was a Monday—a day when most people seem to be a little less spirited. So, I made a point of telling that young woman two important things. The first was that there were—and still are—so many people crying out, wishing, and pleading for a job. The second was simply to tell her that she was truly beautiful; back in Brazil—the country we are visiting from—she would easily be a model. Even my wife agreed! External beauty is pleasant, but gratitude must come from within. I am grateful to God for giving me the chance to start the week with this reflection.”

She assisted me with ordering the items in the size and styles I wanted that their store didnt have. Huge credit to the SW Kohl's for giving me the best shopping experience! “While assisting an elderly friend find new window coverings, I encountered the most informed, professional, pleasant, concerned and helpful staff at the Cedar Rapids store. We started the task first with Amanda selecting and purchasing draperies and ordering what was not available. The order arrived within days. When needing to return/exchange part of the purchase a while later, Lori and Janet were exceptionally courteous, informed and helpful. They were busy ladies the afternoon I was there and still made certain my needs were met. And at the best possible cost! Thank you Amanda, Lori and Janet! Thank you JCPenny!”

“Had just visited and it was not what I was expecting since it was packed with overpriced items. The inside was pretty nice with a Sephora inside for those that like Sephora. I didn’t go inside of it so I don’t know what it is like in there. But I went and looked over by the suitcases and the prices were so high. $200 for a suitcase is so over priced. Don’t buy suitcases from here go on Amazon for that. Overall decent place not for me though.”

“After feeling I was being conned by Firestone with them claiming I needed all new control arms before my car could get an alignment, I called Fleet Farm as they came recommended by a local shop owner.

“Ty did AMAZING today with my son and went above and beyond for us. Not only was he kind but he kept his patience with my wild toddler and got amazing photos. I will say whoever the person is who answers the phone and helps out was kind of rude and not very professional. I know this time of year can be hard I also work retail and it’s crazy but I don’t appreciate the way she talked to me on the phone. Overall tho I would love for Ty to do my son’s pictures in the future.”

“Pickup for mobile orders. I don’t understand why I bring my own reusable bags and I get given back some bags that weren’t used, but 1/2 my order is still in plastic bags! If I bring the bags, and I clearly have enough, I obviously don’t want the plastic bags.”
