“My parents referred me to this facility at first I thought this was going to be a good place. I went back on a Sunday and measured my unit and I was supposed to be renting a 10' X 20' unit, that is what they are charging me for. I measured it and my unit is actually 8' X 20'. I am not happy, I have been trying to reach them but no one will answer the phone there. I also seen trash outside the big door of the facility that has been there for 5 days now and also a unit that was left unclean from the previous renter had not been cleaned up. These things can attract rodents! Also the bathroom was locked so I couldn't use it when I needed to. I think I want my money back!”

“I WAS SEARCHING FOR A REPUTABLE SECURE VEHICLE STORAGE UNIT AFTER THE DEATH OF ONE OF MY SONS TO MAKE VISITING MY HOME STATE OF IOWA AND REMAINING FAMILY EASIER... “Customer Service here is TOP NOTCH - very responsive. Unfortunately, we lost our car keys that had our storage unit key attached. Our spare set of keys for the truck were located INSIDE of our storage unit. We called Sunday night at 6:30pm, and Bob (the owner) came out to our unit right away, and helped us get it unlocked. He was a life saver.
Also, I am very particular and was skeptical about putting our belongings in a storage unit until our house was done being built. The unit was so clean. We haven't had any issues with rodents or bugs. Also, the place is like Fort Knox with the gates/cameras.

“Washed our van here after a trip from out of state. It did the job. It cost us $8 for the very bottom tier automatic wash (cheapest).
They offer soft touch or touch-free. We opted for touch-free with some of what our van has. We were concerned it would disturb things, but it did not damage our vehicle or disturb it. It was still clean enough to suit our purposes, too.”
“That's Storbiz Self Storage is a very professional and honest storage facility. The facilities are clean and well maintained, the price storage unit rental prices are very fair and reasonable compared to some other facilities, and the staff very professional, helpful, and accommodating. The entire process from the initial rent to the monthly payment process, to the end of my rental was very straightforward and easy. I would highly recommend the facility to others for their storage needs.”
“It's a secret I can't tell you! Shhh.....that's STORbiz! Actually the father and daughter seem to work as a great team. Units are clean and secure. Until you bring in the dirt. I guess I would have clean up after myself better if there was a broom available. ? I did my best to pick up what may have been dropped tho. They do have a garbage can near by which is a plus and carts to move your heavier belongings.”

“We had our storage garage for 2 years over covid and no complaints! Convenient location and good prices. The on-site manager was nice and helpful. We also liked that the ceilings were tall, it allowed us to stack items on top of each other and fit more in the space.”
“The storage units are clean and the owner was super nice. I was in a rush because I had to move out of my dorm due to the pandemic and I got the unit right away for a fair price. I will use this storage service again if I need to move. Additionally, I like that they started using security codes instead of keys because it allowed my roommate to easily move her stuff and I don't have to worry about losing a key.”

“This place is awesome! It’s become impossible to get our 75 lb Labrador in the tiny showers at our condo. This place worked perfectly & was definitely worth the $13 I spent. Our girl Tula was comfortable using their bathing station & hopped right up into the tub! She loved smelling all the BBQ grill smells from Willie’s. The water was cold at first but warmed up after a few seconds. I brought my own shampoo to use but had extra time left to rinse so I added their conditioner. Now she is silky, smooth & soft! I’d come here again & definitely recommend it to anyone with a big dog.”

“This place was great to get loaded at, I got here before my appointment by 2 hours and she put me on the dock fast and they started loading right away, they only ask you to have your trailer clean and ready and you will be loaded with in 1 hour tops, great people to deal with”

“I had a great experience using PODS for my move from Irvine, California, to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Everything arrived safely, and the process was straightforward.
A special shout-out to my driver, Mark, who went above and beyond. Before leaving, he made sure I could actually open the POD and even helped maneuver it slightly to relieve pressure on the door when it was stuck. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and took the time to make sure I knew about Iowa regulations regarding not blocking the sidewalk with the POD.
Moving across the country can be stressful, but Mark’s professionalism and kindness made the delivery day much easier. Thanks for the excellent service!”
