“I had an occassion to stop here while traveling from Denver, CO to Rochester, NY while leasing Penske equipment. I lost my deisel fuel cap after a fill-up and it was the closest Penske dealer located near where I lost it. This group of women were the best, most professional, courteous, and helpful group of people I have encountered anywhere in a very long time. They referred me to another location where I could get a replacement cap (at no charge), and even had their maintence supervisor back my truck and car tow out because I was unable to manuever it. If that's the kind of assistance they offer a weary traveler, I can only imagine the high quality of customer service they provide their Penske rental equipment customers and their storage customers. Makes me (almost) wish I was settling in Cedar Rapids so I could do more business with them. I highly recommend this place and the professional people that staff it. THANK YOU Deb and thank you Green Acres staff (and your maintenance guy). Your good will and great customer service got me to New York safely and with fuel in my tank. Best Wishes to you all!
