Originally built in 1922 as a warehouse for industrial hardware, the building was restored in 2015 to showcase its original industrial charm. In 2020, the second floor was transformed into an event venue by Travis Newell, owner of Unique Events. The space offers a simple, elegant atmosphere with a unique industrial aesthetic that feels modern and chic, reminiscent of downtown Chicago. It can comfortably host large gatherings, accommodating at least 300 people, with plenty of free parking and an onsite bar featuring a wide selection of cocktails.
