“We are customers of Allegiance Trucks in NY. We were on a cross country trip in our motorhome when we broke both front shock mounts on I80. We were planning to spend the night in Cedar Rapids and when we found Ascendence (sister company) in Cedar Rapids, we hoped they would be willing to help. We can't say enough good things about our experience. We were there first thing when they opened on Monday morning and were greeted by Chad the GM. We were welcomed warmly and told they would do whatever they could. Danny and Kayla in Parts, and Brenda and Renita in service, took great care of us and gave us updates along the way. They even allowed us to boondock in their rear parking lot while we waited for parts. No one wants to break down but it does make it easier when companies like Ascendence and Allegiance take great care of their customers. Thank you.”

“Very large, well-stocked facility. But there was only one employee trying to help people rent trailers, trucks and storage space. My reservation was at 9am, but I didn't drive off the lot until after 10:30am. No excuse for having just one staff member working on a busy Saturday morning. She was doing the best she could, but just not fair to her or to customers to leave her all alone--not to mention the liability of leaving the store front empty when she was helping get trailers hooked up.”

“Alissa was our receptionist & so kind and professional. Another green acres storage Penske location sent over our 26’ moving truck with a giant hole in the top corner. She was upfront and honest that the damage was not safe or acceptable to drive. She called multiple locations to find us a replacement and offered us a discount in retribution of a mistake not of her own doing. She was apologetic and accommodating, and deserves recognition for great customer service. Thankyou so much Alissa and Tessa they helped an already very stressful moving process.”
