Had a defective item that I bought back in January, and I no longer had the receipt. Talked with Dean and explained the situation, and he was very helpful and got me on the way with a new item.

Great selection of purses and clothes but this store is not known for consistent stocks of materials. It can be chaotic asthma store is popular.
