T.J. Maxx is a popular store with a great selection of purses, clothes, and seasonal items across a variety of departments. Customers find wonderful staff and reasonable prices on things they want, including a really good selection of beauty products. The store offers great variety and good prices, with customers often finding something they want every time they enter. However, the store is not known for consistent stocks and can be chaotic as it is popular. Some locations are very busy with longer lines. The layout of certain departments can be difficult, and some sections, like makeup, perfume, blankets, and pet aisles, have been lacking in selection. Despite this, many enjoy going in and find all sizes at amazing value.
Had a defective item that I bought back in January, and I no longer had the receipt. Talked with Dean and explained the situation, and he was very helpful and got me on the way with a new item.
