“We have been taking our vehicles to Mt. Vernon Road Tire for years and they have always been kind, accommodating, fast, and fairly priced. Their customer service is phenomenal. They are patient, friendly, and they really try to explain everything to you in terms of the repair. I have never felt pressured to fix something, but they are up front when it's an issue that really needs to repaired for safety. I appreciate that.
They just fixed my break pads and took so much care to make sure the pedal was also working optimally. Every team member I interacted with was extremely nice and made me feel like a valued customer. They were also beyond fair with pricing. I think the SE side is lucky to have Mt. Vernon Rd Tire!”

“Took my 2006 Ford Explorer there with major mechanical and transmission issue. Transmission not shifting right, cruise not working, 4x4 not working, if you throttled the engine up a bit In park it would rev to max throttle where you had to turn the ignition off before she blew. Everything pointed to the transmission electronics. Finding new 6R60 transmission parts for a 2006 Ford Explorer Limited with the V8 engine and heavy duty tow package was difficult. After 3 days of searching for the correct vavle body w/lead rack and selinoids, they finally located one and that fixed all my issues. Thanks B&L!”

“These guys were amazing! Had a Carrier reefer break down. Was directed to Interstate Power Systems to help. Drove there to meet a tech Logan, he got right into the diagnostics got assistance from another tech deem that Logan had to rare sort reefer engine to get to the evaporator that was seized up. He applied a loaner engine onto my trailer to keep highly perishable freight from spoiling. Logan turned a horrible situation into a better one replaced evaporator motor parts that need to be replaced. Was able to deliver all products to Walmart dc Costco dc and Americold temps remained in spec per digital thermostat tags on product. Thank very much Interstate Power Systems and Logan really appreciate you guys thanks again!!
