It is so pleasing to find a company that takes customer service and minor details so seriously. From the tremendously detailed initial inspection to the final cleaning of my oil sprayed motor block, every step was professional and clear. I am very satisfied Ramsey Repair and will be returning for them to complete some additional work discovered in the initial inspection and to do routine maintenance going forward. Took it there for a antifreeze leak have had it at other shops still leaked they were only wanting to replace same stuff. “Good experience here getting my BMW aligned. Many places in town won't even align BMWs due to their needing to be weighted which most shops aren't equipped for. I asked them if they would align it if I weighted it myself and they said no problem. I gave them custom specifications to account for some non-stock components and they algined it well.
